Austen Wiley serves as Vice President of Brokerage at Harrison Properties, where he has successfully closed investment property transactions across all major commercial property types throughout the United States for nearly a decade. He has represented a broad range of private capital and institutional clients in acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing assignments.
What separates Austen isn't just volume โ it's how he closes. He has a deep understanding of complex deal negotiation and the conviction to vehemently defend his clients' best interests at every stage. He has underwritten hundreds of deals across retail, office, land, industrial, flex, and mixed-use assets, and oversees approximately one million square feet across the United States.
He holds a Master of Science in Commercial Real Estate from Georgia State University โ the #8 ranked Commercial Real Estate Master's Program in the United States โ and is a licensed Broker in both Georgia and Florida.
Outside of real estate, Austen's most important job is being a husband to his wife Abbie and father to his daughters, Josie and Emery. He leads a group of 25 high school students through North Point Church's InsideOut program.
